Welcome Back!

Hello again!  Did you think I finally just up and fell off the planet?  I guess in terms of my little blog here, I did pretty much disappear.  Let’s just say that 2019 has sure done a doozy on my heart.  With the loss of first my father and then my beloved Wrigley dog, my blog writing just had to take a back seat.  However, I am back with a whole new look and am super excited to share more DIY’s, parenting stories, and bargains for both your home and for your wardrobe.

My sole purpose for starting my blog and my Instagram account was to inspire and to be inspired.  So I hope that you will continue to give me feedback because I absolutely LOVE hearing from you!  If there are topics that you’d like me to cover, I am all ears!  There is so much goodness in this world (despite what the news tells us every day), and it is my hope to bring some much-needed laughter and fun to your inbox each week.

Thank you for continuing to support Nucking Futs Jen!!!

I can totally relate to you in so many ways. My children are grown now with children if their own but I still suffer with aniexty I learned what my triggers were and tried to avoid them. But to no avail. I ended up on Xanax for awhile became a totally different low keyed person. I am now retired we just moved to NC in July after living in Ny for years can I say 35 of the 40 that I have been married. Lived in Wyoming for 5. But through it all. I’ve always had aniexty brought on by stress. I’m still learning to deal with stress in different ways. I had heart attack I 2012 which was a game changer for me. I knew that stress was going to kill me if I didn’t get it under control. It is only by the Grace of God that I have become a more mellow person. Not so hm let me say high strung. Aniexty is a big black cloud people don’t like to talk about but I think woman need to express how they feel. It helps to write in a notebook. I did that still do. But it def is a good subject to Discuss. Your a doll and I love your openness and being real. ♥️😍

You’ve definitely had some serious stress in your life & I’m so glad you are recovered from your heart attack! How scary! And you’re so right about needing to talk about these things! Journaling is truly therapeutic, and I, myself, need to get back into that again. Thank you so much for taking the time to read the post & to comment!
